People who have skin sensitivities like EDS, MCAS or dermatological conditions will be happy to know that the fabric used is a tight woven cotton blend which feels great against the skin. Plus, the strap is a little wider than the OTPT version so you don’t have to worry about it digging in and it offers more support. I just wish there was a clip or other fastening mechanism integrated in it. This stretch strap has been a real life-saver for me after my knee replacement! It’s not the typical stretchy kind which I’m really happy about. The one downside is that the foot loop in the middle of the strap isn’t quite in the center – which makes it a bit inconvenient when doing heel slides to get the max knee bending. It’s just a small difference but it does mean that you need to use slightly different lengths when pulling the strap ends with both hands.
