I had a good start with this cereal on my first morning. But it wasn’t quite as successful after that. Despite the disappointment, I do enjoy the delicious cinnamon flavor! My other cereals also have plenty of fiber, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out there. That being said, I’m still not sure if this one gives me any extra benefits when it comes to, ehem, going to the bathroom.
Maureen Floresca –
Drinking a glass of water with this cereal certainly seemed like it should help — and I’m usually pretty diligent about my water intake, drinking 100 ounces per day! Unfortunately, it still gave me a major blockage. Ouch! It was a very uncomfortable night for sure. I won’t be able to get my money back, but I’m planning to toss the rest of the cereal and look for something else. The taste was great though — I even tried it soaked in almond milk, and it was delicious!
Moto Jee –
I was expecting the worst when I tried this low carb, gluten free, high fiber cereal with a cinnamon toast flavor. Surprisingly, it has a pleasant taste and a nice crunchy mouthfeel. You can eat it straight from the box or with a liquid like milk or soy milk. The manufacturer does recommend drinking a liquid with it to avoid any potential choking hazard, but I found that small handfuls caused no problems. The flavor is certainly of sweet cinnamon, but after a few bites I did detect a slight bitterness. This was less noticeable when mixed with oat milk.
So how did it fair in terms of efficacy? Well, my usual bathroom experience remained unchanged. I’m not sure what it takes to really ‘poop like a champion’, but this cereal didn’t quite get me there. Nevertheless, it’s a good option if you want to add some more fiber to your diet.
Majormom –
Oh no, we wish we could give you a refund for this cereal – it didn’t quite do what it promised!
OQman –
Treat your taste buds to something delicious. It tastes great!
Lovin Loc’s –
A warning to all cereal connoisseurs – this one isn’t the best. It tastes a bit like sweetened cardboard, and my husband learned that lesson the hard way when he overindulged. We have some fun now when he sees the box on the table, as he flinches in fear! If you can use it sparingly and mix with other tastier cereals, it does its job – just be aware of the slight cardboard taste and the high price. And maybe don’t try it if your partner will be easily scared off!
DaviWilso –
I was sold at the sound of POOP! Who wouldn’t love such a hilarious gag gift? The cereal is surprisingly yummy – it reminds me of the Honey Smacks cereals I used to eat as a kid. But this one is cinnamon flavored and loaded with fiber, perfect for anyone looking to “Poop like a Champion”. I mean, the name alone will make you giggle. Get your hands on this gem if you want to make someone smile and give them something that’s actually useful. You won’t regret it!

This cereal is packed with fiber and has a fun name, so it’s certainly worth a try. A little goes a long way though – each serving is only 1/3 of a cup, so mix it with your favorite cereal if you really like to load up your bowl in the morning. The flavor has a pleasant sweetness, with a hint of cinnamon, and it also contains 10% of your recommended daily iron intake. At around $10 per box, it might be a bit of an investment, but it could be worth it if you need some extra help in the bathroom. Another option to consider is Uncle Sam cereal.

Cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors and this cereal does not disappoint! While it is true that there are 9g of added sugars per serving, the real health perk is the soluble fiber content, which is great for folks with high cholesterol – like my dad. Plus, it has a nice crunch even after adding milk to it (although I’d prefer it to be a bit crisper). To top it off, it seems to do a great job of keeping things regular. Yum and health benefits – what more could you want?
Lupin –
I was looking for an amusing gift for the Christmas party and I found just the thing. It had everyone in stitches and they all passed it around to get a good look. We had a blast but we didn’t dare try it out – we were too busy laughing!
K. M. Rouse –
I just had to try this cereal when I saw the catchy name – and I’m glad I did! It isn’t anything special, but has a mild yet pleasant taste, and a slightly crunchy texture. Plus, it’s gluten-free and low-carb, which is always a bonus! I didn’t notice any difference in my digestive system, however, since I eat high-fibre foods on a regular basis. Still, it’s always good to know that this cereal encourages drinking water – plus, the ingredients are top-notch. If you’re after a healthy option that’s gluten-free and low in carbs, this cereal might just be the one for you.
brooke –
This one didn’t give me the big and healthy poo I was after, but it did make a good snack! Plus, it arrived at my place in Bulgaria real quickly.
John –
I sampled a new cereal this morning and it was absolutely delicious! It had the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much and not too little. I’m so pleased with it that I’m going to be switching to this one from now on. On top of that, it keeps me regular – no more missing movements for me! Trust me, you need to give this cereal a try. You won’t regret it!
Colleen Kinoshita –
As I was munching on my first bowl of cereal, I read the label and I thought it was important to share this with you. The recommended serving size is only a third of a cup, so don’t go too crazy! And remember to always drink a full glass of water when eating it, otherwise it can expand in your esophagus and choke you. Also, if you eat too much of it, you might end up feeling constipated. Despite all of this, the flavor is actually not bad. I’m personally kind of scared of eating it now, so I’ve only had it twice. Just be mindful of your portions when you order it!
AML –
Looks a great gift idea to give.

Treat yourself to a tantalizing new flavor today!
M & A –
I ordered Poop Like a Champion cereal for the totally awesome name. It’s funny, clever, and would make an awesome gift for someone – plus, it’s more than just a giggle! The cereal is full of fiber and designed to help you do the poo poo dance. If you’re usually struggling in this department, then take my word for it – it tastes good going in and definitely helps you out coming out!
Ann T. –
My mom, who is in her nineties, recently received some advice from her doctor about increasing the amount of fiber in her diet. Who knows which Christmas elf gave her this gem of a suggestion – it’s certainly a mystery!
Pamela Hunt –
Hubs had been struggling with constipation for a while, until he stumbled upon this cereal. And boy, is he glad he did! He loves the taste, and since then he’s been hooked. Even better, the cereal has done wonders for his digestion – he’s never felt better!
Diana Pantoja –
I’ve got a funny story – I just picked up some cereal, but unfortunately it didn’t taste too great. Still, I guess it was worth it for the amusing box!
Ildiko Sherman –
Hey there! So, have you tried this delicious treat yet? We can’t blame you if you’ve gone a little overboard – it’s just so enticing! However, be aware that you’ll need to drink plenty of water to avoid an unpleasant bout of constipation.
Marquetta Reynolds –
The box looks awesome, and it’s clear what its goal is! I added some delicious vanilla almond milk to it and the texture was a bit crunchy at first, but after giving it some time to sit it was much softer. After eating two bowls of this, I was feeling great – mission accomplished!
jacqueline powell –
Wondering if this high-fiber cereal is worth it? YEP! 👍 It works fast and tastes good (with a hint of cardboard, but the cinnamon flavor helps balance it out). You may need a glass of milk to wash it down since the pieces are quite filling, but that’s all part of the fun. Plus, it’s got waaay more fiber than Fiber One. Just remember: don’t go overboard, as too much of a good thing can have the opposite effect. Enjoy as an occasional treat – not every day! 😉
j.o. –
I’m not the biggest fan of this cereal, but I gotta say – it’s pretty tasty! Plus, it’s low in calories, which I really appreciate. I usually mix it with my other cereals and some fresh or dried fruits to give it an extra kick – works like a charm for me!
StressFreeLiving –
Just the other day, I had a real laugh with my grandkids. We were all having a great time, when I thought of a really funny joke to tell them. They looked at me with anticipation, waiting to hear what I had to say. I told them, “What do you call a bear with no teeth?” After a few moments of silence, they couldn’t help but burst into laughter as they exclaimed, “A gummy bear!”
Amy –
I’m so glad I found this amazing, gluten-free fiber cereal! Despite the cost, it’s the only one of its kind, so I’m happily munching away. With several autoimmune diseases, I’m particularly vulnerable to infections like diverticulitis—but thankfully, eating this cereal has kept me away from antibiotics and the hospital. It’s great having a tasty flavor change-up, too!
P. –
No need to pour a bowl of cereal and milk for me – I’ve got a better way to enjoy this! I love adding this wheat-free goodness to my cottage cheese or yogurt bowls instead of granola. It’s a great, tasty alternative that works really well – no surprises there. Will definitely be ordering again!
Djaco –
I really enjoyed the taste, but unfortunately it was too pricey for me to buy again. It worked for me after three days of eating just a third of a cup each day!
Gail Snail –
This cereal is an absolute winner! When I first saw the box, I thought it was a bit of a joke, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. I usually eat a high fiber protein bar each morning to help me with chronic constipation and my “delicate tummy” – changes in diet often throw my system off balance – however these bars can be pricey (roughly $30 for a dozen). Although this cereal is more expensive than the cereal you’d get in a store, it’s definitely worth every penny. My first box contained the Cinnamon Toast flavor. It was tasty and had a good amount of fiber, but I opted for the Regular with extra fiber to suit my needs. The flavor is a tad bland, but I just add some coconut milk and I’m ready to go! Half a cup is all I need to feel the full effects of the cereal.
Doris J. Webster –
Say goodbye to constipation! My friend is my hero – she recommended this amazing cereal and I haven’t looked back since. Now I mix it with corn or rice cereal, berries, almond milk, and a glass of water for a tasty morning meal. Not only does it taste great, but it works wonders. A big thank you for this wonderful cereal!
Donna Jeffrey –
If you’re like me and have been on a search for the perfect fiber-rich snack, your search is over! I recently stumbled upon something that tastes like a combination of Grape Nuts cereal and Cinnamon Toast Crunch… and it’s so delicious! I wish I had found this sooner – now I’m sure to keep a supply of it on hand all the time.
Kathleen –
This cereal has a great name and it actually tastes good too! The cereal is in small, round pieces which I think are perfect for a quick fiber boost. I didn’t become a “champion” after eating this, but depending on the price, I’d buy it again. All in all, this cereal was worth a try!
Carol –
It sure is a splurge!
Guillermo Mora –
This stuff is amazing! Not only does it taste great but it gets the job done too – what more could you want?
ReviewGuru –
At first, I was wary of this cereal as I thought it wouldn’t taste good, but it turns out it has a lot of fiber and is gluten-free! Adding some cinnamon Chex really did the trick, making it a delicious breakfast combo. I’d definitely buy it with a box of cinnamon Chex again. Yum!
lew richey –
It was far from fresh!
Andy Black –
This snack might not be the tastiest, but it’s alright when mixed with milk. If you have a serving every day, it’ll help you get the fiber you need. Just make sure to drink plenty of water with it for it to work its best.
GP –
Boy, the flavor of this could use a little boost! I added a splash of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon and it tastes much better now. Yum!
Karri Fieglein –
This product is incredibly versatile, and you’ll want to pick it up next time you’re at the grocery store! Trust us, you won’t be disappointed!
CMT –
I gave it 7 days, but sadly I didn’t notice any improvement. I was really hoping to have a better bowel movement after eating a serving each morning, based on what other people had said about it. The taste and texture weren’t bad, so if it had worked, I would’ve thought it was worth it. Unfortunately, the price was high and there’s no benefit to show for it.
rita –
Yay, after lots of trips to the doctor and trying out so many remedies that just didn’t seem to do the trick, I finally found something that actually works for me! The sugar content might be a tad high for my taste at 18% of my daily recommended allowance, so I’ll stick to the plain flavor. But this stuff works and it’s cheaper than going to the doc – so I’m a happy camper.
My second order from Jan 6, 2023 expires on February 1st – which isn’t a lot of time! Three boxes of this stuff that each expire in less than two weeks? Now that’s what I call short-term stock piling!
Kristie Hogenmiller –
I put it to use for a very important task…taking care of business in the bathroom! What else could I do with it?
Dominic –
It sure does! Results are guaranteed!
Alessandra S –
Adding fiber to your yogurt can be great, but after a few days it may make you the envy of everyone around you – not because of anything good, but because of the noxious gas you’ll be producing! Though it works wonders for digestion, it’s probably best avoided if you don’t want to find yourself in awkward situations.
Andrew Weiandt –
I was hesitant to try fiber pills or tablets, but their name and description grabbed my attention. Although they come at a higher price than most cereals, I mix it with other cereals like shredded wheat or raisin bran which makes it much easier to get through. With this blend of cereals, I’m getting the necessary fiber my body needs – and trust me – ‘Poop Like A Champion’ really works like a champion! I would definitely buy it again.
C L Herring –
If you are looking for an easy way to get regular, this cereal is here to answer your prayers. The original taste is sort of bland and cardboard-y, but adding some fruit or chocolate milk helps. The cinnamon flavor tastes much better though it’s still not the best. What I don’t love is that it doesn’t have vitamins and minerals like other cereals, but it does provide a good amount of fiber, carbs and iron. So even though it’s not a meal, it’s still a great fiber supplement! Give it a try and become a regular!
Nirmala Desilva –
We’ve given this high fiber cereal a delicious Cinnamon flavor to make it extra tasty! Plus, the boxes are small, so you can enjoy it anywhere.
Lisa –
What can we say except “yuck”? Not great taste here!
Bob –
My dad and I gave it a go, but it definitely didn’t work out! It tasted like cardboard with a hint of cinnamon – yuck!
Yuwa –
Wow, this stuff really works wonders! What’s more, it tastes amazing! I just put in some almond milk, and it was so scrumptious – yum!
justine Evans –
This cereal is super tasty and only a little bit goes a long way! We think it’ll do the trick, but we’ll have to keep testing it out to be sure. While it may be on the pricier side, you’ll end up using less of it than regular cereal, so it’ll last longer.
catseverywhere52@gmail –
I absolutely adore it!
Coastal Dweller –
This cereal is so yummy! It’s super easy to make too, bonus!
Devon Black –
Whoops! I thought I was getting the regular low-carb cereal, but I guess there are two different types. I’m not thrilled to have spent money on a kind of cereal that I won’t even be able to eat since I don’t use sugar and it isn’t keto-friendly. Oh well, live and learn!
Wendy Hardy –
Wow, this cereal is so delicious! I’m honestly surprised at how healthy it is too. It’s practically perfect!
Gurjit Bal –
Turn your number twos into your number one.
Tobs –
I gotta admit, their marketing strategy really did the trick on me! I was intrigued by their product after learning I’d need a concentrated fiber intake to prevent post-surgical constipation. But then I found out that there are much cheaper alternatives that are just as effective. No hard feelings – kudos to their clever marketing. That said, I won’t be purchasing again any time soon – it’s just too expensive!
Sandra F –
I sadly had to part ways with $13 after I realized that the sugar content was too high in this product. I didn’t even get to enjoy the taste of it since I hadn’t opened the box yet! It would have been much better if they used Stevia instead.
Christine M Ahrens –
I recently bought a little box, but it was pricey. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any of the advertised fiber benefits. If you’re looking for more fiber, I’d recommend going with All Bran. It’s just as good, and much more affordable!
Ana Martinez –
Mix the kiddie cereal that tastes like cinnamon toast with something else for a delicious combo! Eating it alone is also an option, but why not switch things up a bit?
Cynthia Gonzalez –
I’m totally loving this new addition to my daily routine—adding a measured amount to my cereal gives me the regularity I need! It’s working wonders.
ForeverYOUNG –
For a slightly steeper price, this cereal really packs a punch! After consuming it, you may just feel like singing at the top of your lungs (cue Queen’s “We Are The Champions”). Who says breakfast can’t be a victory celebration?
Bernadette Corcoran –
I love mixing my flavor oatmeal with something every morning – and this product works perfectly! It has no strong flavor but I’m definitely a frequent customer. My friends have also tried it and love it too!
Junko T Connor –
I was really hoping this new flavor would be a delicious way to get my fiber in, but the sugar content was surprisingly higher and the fiber was actually lower. Definitely not buying this one again.
Rodney L. Knapp –
This isn’t the most exciting experience ever, but it’s certainly not bad either! A bit dry, but still enjoyable.
B. Guller –
I’m thrilled with the product – I mix it with yogurt every morning and it tastes great! It’s made a big difference to my fiber intake, and things are definitely starting to move in the right direction!
Spierce71 –
Ugh, this stuff tastes like cardboard and I haven’t had a single successful bathroom trip yet! Has anyone else experienced this? How many servings do I need to take before it starts working?
kim karl –
This cereal is made from bits of cardboard, if you can believe it! But don’t worry, those pieces are carefully crafted to look beautiful and they even have a hint of cinnamon flavor. It might cost a bit more than your usual cereal, but it’s worth it!
BusyBeaching –
Fiber One has been working great for me and I’m glad I can find it with ease – no need to wait around for it to be shipped! It’s important to get your daily dose of bran, so don’t hang around too much – grab it and go. I even stuck the box up on my fridge with magnets, purely as a little joke. Get it? Fiber… one… punny!
chris arnett –
If you’re looking for a good ol’ cleansing, look no further than this cereal! You can eat it up to four times a day – that’s gotta be a record! Although it doesn’t taste fantastic, it’s definitely no worse than other fiber cereals. There’s just a slight aftertaste. All in all – we’d definitely recommend it.
Adam D –
This product works great, but the price tag is a bit steep. If it were a little more affordable, it would be perfect!
Haywards –
This product is absolutely delicious and a must-try! Trust me, you won’t regret it.
Ponchie –
Taking a break from life’s busy moments is an essential part of our wellbeing. It can be difficult to make the time, but setting aside moments for yourself to relax and recharge is so important. Whether it’s taking a walk, spending time with friends, or getting lost in a good book, make sure to make those moments count. Allow yourself to enjoy the little things, and don’t forget to smile!
Joshua Ryan james –
Unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out for me. I’m still hopeful that something better will soon come my way!
BaronVonEngelhafen –
This cereal is super tasty and definitely lives up to its promise. However, a downside is that it’s quite expensive for a relatively small serving size – only 1/3 of a cup! If you’re looking for more bang for your buck, you might want to pair it with some other cereal.
Carolyn D. –
Oof, that’s not great! I ate two boxes and still didn’t have enough gas money. 24 dollars would have been nice, but it looks like that’s not happening.
p o’neal –
This product has a catchy name, and when dry, it tastes great. But when I mixed it with milk, it was really hard to stomach! I couldn’t quite believe what the title promised. It took every ounce of willpower to finish my first bowl. So the next day I tried it with less milk, but it still wasn’t good. Finally I gave it one last go with yogurt, but I still had to power through it.
Andrew Bean –
The scent of this item was not very pleasant when I opened it.
A. Rocket –
Say hello to the new Poop Helper Cereal – so tasty it won’t even remind you of bits of cardboard! Enjoy all the benefits of a nutritional breakfast while skipping out on the tastelessness. Bon appetit!
Trish –
After a hilarious conversation about poop, I thought I’d send my son and daughter-in-law this funny product. Who knows if it actually works, but it’s guaranteed to make you laugh! Nothing like a good chuckle to make you feel like the champion of pooping. ROFL!
Margit Petrovszki –
I tried out this product and it totally delivered! It was awesome to see how well it worked.
Amy –
I was a bit apprehensive to try this cereal as psyllium usually gives me troubles, but it worked wonders! I’ve been having some issues with constipation since starting my new medication, but this cereal gave me such a relief. Not only did it produce a giant, voluminous bowel movement, I felt so light and free afterwards! So if you’re having any sort of constipation issue, definitely give this cereal a try – you won’t regret it!
Honest Abe –
The taste of this high fiber cereal was surprisingly delicious! Despite its odd cardboard-y smell, I couldn’t get enough. Both boxes were unfortunately crushed when they arrived, which was a bit disappointing, but that won’t stop me from buying it again. Yum!
Dante –
This product is simple to measure out, so you don’t have to guess how much you need. Plus, the taste is delightful! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit pricey, so I like to portion out only half a serving at a time.
A J –
I tried making my cereal with almond juice (which isn’t really like milk) and it wasn’t great, but when I tried Fairlife low fat milk, the difference was incredible! It’s still not as good as Raisin Bran, but it was definitely edible – and it helped up my fiber intake and made me feel better. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey.
Karen Coulson –
This may be a bit of a splurge, but it could be worth it!
Sandra Shepherd –
This item may have a “use by” date that isn’t until next year, but unfortunately it already arrived stale!
Mahandra shivram –
I wasn’t a fan of the cardboard-like taste, so I’m gonna give it another go and mix it into a smoothie in the blender. Wish me luck!
Allison –
This cereal is awesome, but I have to warn you – too much of it can have a serious effect on your system, so take it easy. Have some one day and then wait to see what happens, and don’t forget to drink lots of water! The price tag does give me pause though – $12.99 for 11oz (pack of 3)? I get that it may be worth the money if it does work for you, but there are also much cheaper regularity solutions out there, like Fiber One.
Dr. Ana Maria Delgado –
I followed the instructions on the cereal box and sadly, after a month, I saw no improvements in my digestive system. To be honest, it was quite bland and not worth the money.
YH –
I recently got a 3 pack of something as a gag gift, but when it arrived there was only one box. Unfortunately, I can’t exchange it or get my money back. It’s important to be aware that you could end up paying nearly $50 for one single box of cereal – talk about disappointing!
Kay Brutger –
I’m not sure where to begin, but this experience was definitely not my favorite. It was more like a tortuous nightmare. It felt like I was backed up like a champ! 😅
Michael Smith –
Craving something delicious and nutritious? You can’t go wrong with the regular flavor – it’s simply divine!
