I’m not a fan of the taste of this cereal—and on top of that, I think it’s pretty expensive at $12 a box! I’d much rather find a delicious fiber-filled snack for less money.

The box was a bit banged up when it arrived, but thankfully the cereal bag inside was still intact. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste – it was pretty plain with a bit of an aftertaste. It may be good for those having trouble going to the bathroom, but personally I won’t be buying it again.

The taste of this cereal is great – it’s nice and crunchy, but it does have a weird aftertaste. I did what the instructions said and drank liquid when eating this to avoid choking, so that must have been it! After chowing through half the box, I didn’t magically have champion-worthy bowel movements or anything like that – which is good really, because the 5-step plan on the back of the box says that you should “poop like a champion”, but that can be taken a little too seriously. It has 12% carbs – I usually try to stay under 8% – so that’s something to consider. All in all, this cereal is good for a high-fiber diet, but it’s quite expensive.

This gluten free, non-GMO breakfast option is a great way to start the day! It’s packed full of nutrition and fiber, while being low in carbs – perfect for keeping your digestive system regular. But the taste and texture are what really make this breakfast a winner – it’s delicious and crunchy. So not only can you feel good about the health benefits this breakfast provides, you can enjoy it too!

This cereal is a fiber powerhouse – you won’t find any other cereal that packs a bigger punch in that department! But it’s not all about nutrition – the flavor is really good too. And, bonus – it stays crunchy in milk! All in all, this cereal is pretty great.

I recently bought some cereal to help up my fiber intake and get those regular poops going. And I gotta say – it’s pretty decent! For one serving size of 1/3 cup, this cereal brings 16g of fiber and 9g of added sugar, with a nice cinnamon flavor and a crunchy texture. Plus, it’s gluten-free. The only downfall is that it has an aftertaste (booo!). Drink it with milk, though, since it warns it may cause choking or gel up without liquid. As for the actual pooping benefits, I haven’t noticed any… but maybe you will. It is pricey, though, so your mileage may vary.

It’s all good! It’s a bit underwhelming, but it does the job.
Winlogee –
Mmmm, this sure does taste great! It’ll make you feel refreshed and energized in no time!

This made me laugh out loud! Ha ha ha!
LK Lowe –
This cereal isn’t the best, but it’s not the worst either! It has a light flavor, a slight sweetness, and a nice crunch. If you’re doing the keto diet and crave some cereal then this would do the trick, although it can get a bit gritty after chewing so maybe it’s best to take it easy with it.

I’m a diehard fan of Kellogs Bran Buds, but I’m actually liking these even better! They taste great and do the job just as well. I still eat Bran Buds from time to time, but I’m definitely going to be mixing it up with these now.

Grain made from sorghum flour isn’t quite my cup of tea. It’s sweet alright, but the taste isn’t anything to write home about. If you’re looking for a low calorie food option there are definitely better choices out there. If you’re looking to make it more palatable, try adding some crushed nuts to the milk when you brew it. Delicious!

Does not taste good

We wouldn’t recommend buying this product – unfortunately, there’s no returns policy so you’re stuck with it if you do!
SLW –
I’m a big fan of mid-morning snacks, especially cereal that’s packed with fiber. Even though it’s a bit pricey for the small box, I figured it was worth a shot since it was free. The cereal was crunchy and tasted alright, but I noticed a weird “side taste” as I went through the bowl. All in all, it wasn’t bad, but there are definitely better, more affordable alternatives out there if you need to up your fiber intake.
Levi Dawson –
I’m definitely a fan of the flavor and fiber content, however, I find the price to be a bit high for what it is. I’m quite experienced with fiber, but I didn’t really feel the benefits with this product.

Still having constipation

I sampled some of this cereal dry and I was impressed by how subtly sweet it was – it actually tasted like healthy cereals. But it’s too dry to snack on and needs to be mixed with milk or added as a topping to yogurt. Eating more fiber is great, but start slow as you may otherwise end up with an upset stomach. The recommended serving size is only 1/3 cup, so to be on the safe side, consider eating half that.
The cereal itself isn’t bad, but beware of the price tag. You can find better tasting and cheaper cereals with just as much fiber. Instead of going for a pricey box of cereal, go for a tasteless generic fiber supplement that dissolves into anything. It’ll be a lot more cost-effective and convenient.

I always enjoy my daily bowl of All Bran Buds to keep things running smoothly. I’ve heard about Poop like a Champion and had been wanting to give it a try – it tastes amazing! My wife has even started adding a sprinkle to her ice cream for a snack, and it’s the perfect balance of sweet. Does it work better than All Bran? I’d say they’re pretty much equal, but since Champion has much more fiber per serving, you can get away with having less. Although it’s pricey, if you want an enjoyable way to get your daily fiber intake, this cereal is definitely worth it.

At first, I just couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this product’s funny name! But it totally delivers on what it promises: the taste of honey-graham is spot on, with a great aftertaste and crunchy texture. It might just be one of the best fiber cereals I’ve ever had. Yum!

No surprises here—eating inulin (also known as chicory) can get those bowels moving! It’s a natural laxative, so you can expect some changes in the bathroom after indulging.

I had doubts when I decided to try out a bunch of protein cereals, but I’m so glad I did! I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it is. I think I’ll be stocking up on more!
PJPJ –
When I ordered this low carb cereal, I had no idea what was in store! To my surprise, the box said it was designed to help you have better poops! That was pretty shocking – and kinda cool too! The ingredients are gluten free and actually taste pretty good. It definitely got the job done, but I’m not sure if I’d try it again unless I really needed to.
C. Lincoln –
Yuck! These certainly don’t hit the spot. The flavor and texture of this dish just weren’t up to par.
Jesse –
This product costs a pretty penny – $12 for one box of cereal! Although the flavor is good and it has high fiber content, the 18 net carbs per serving doesn’t quite fit the criteria for a keto diet, since these diets usually limit daily carb intake to under 30 grams. We got quite a few laughs when we saw the funny name, but unfortunately it’s not in our budget or dietary needs to buy this cereal again. It may be worth checking out other cereals with high fiber content that are more affordable.
Nicolette –
This cereal has a sweet taste with a hint of cinnamon and a satisfying crunch. The star-shaped pieces are small, although you could be forgiven for thinking they look like animal food pellets instead! It’s gluten-free and a high-fiber option, although sugar is its second ingredient so it might not suit everyone’s dietary needs. If you’re looking for something to up your fiber intake then this could be a great choice for you!
H.WH.W –
I gave this product a spin, and it definitely did what it said it would. My only gripe was the taste – not a fan!
Haruka –
They both agreed it worked great! If it wasn’t quite so expensive for such a tiny box, I’d give them a whole bunch of them!
Sheran Holsinger –
Eat your heart out! Honey flavored cereal is here! It’s softer than grape nuts, so gentle on your teeth, and a tad bit expensive. But don’t worry – you’ll only need a few tablespoons each morning to start your day off right when sprinkling over steel cut oats. I recently had mine with berries and milk and thought I was good to go…until I realized four hours later that it hadn’t agreed with me at all. Talk about unpredictable! So if you give this cereal a try, be sure to pay attention to how your body reacts. A little knowledge goes a long way!

Fiber is so important, but it’s tough to get the suggested 25-30 grams per day. Luckily, this cereal can help us out with that! It has 19 grams of fiber per 1/3 cup serving and comes with a crispy honey Graham flavor. But no worries if you find it a bit bland – just add some fresh fruit or raisins for extra sweetness. Plus, it’s low in sugar (just 9 grams!) and made right here in the USA. The only downside? It may be a bit pricey. But hey, quality comes at a cost!

I’m a big fan of cinnamon flavored crunchy cereal. It’s like the perfect mix of cardboard and cinnamon. I love adding it to my smoothies and yogurt for a great fiber and texture boost!
KelsKels –
This stuff really works wonders – you’ll be feeling better in no time! Just make sure you stay hydrated and have lots of water.

I recently tried a new cereal, but it just didn’t work out for me. I ate it every day for a week and felt really bloated, and even went to the restroom less often. I decided to switch back to my old favorite, Kashi, and have felt a lot better since.

If you’re looking for a tasty metabolism-boosting cereal, don’t worry — I’ve got you covered! The frosted cereals out there may be packed with sugar and not much else, but this one is different. Whether it’s breakfast, a late-night snack, or a quick meal on the go, this cereal won’t let you down. Sure, it will get stuck in your teeth if you don’t floss afterwards, but that’s no biggie. Personally, I find it pretty yummy, although of course taste is subjective. My only qualm is the price — it’s quite expensive for the amount you get. If there was more cereal in the box, I’d think it was worth the cost.

I was hoping this cereal would be as tasty as Honey Nut Cheerios, but it wasn’t quite living up to the hype. It definitely didn’t have that same delicious flavor.
